Nº.8 is the only moisture mask that simultaneously rebuilds bonds in your hair while it moisturizes. It’s formulated with ingredients found in skincare. This concentrated formula absorbs deeply to treat damage without weighing the hair down. With Nº.8, you can feel the difference as soon as the product works; the hair becomes smooth and soft. Less is more with Nº.8! It performs most economically and efficiently, so no need to coat the hair excessively and waste product.

Directions are simple! Apply to clean, damp hair mid-length to ends (use sparingly on the roots). Start with two pumps for shoulder-length hair. Use more for longer, thicker hair. Use less for fine or short hair. Work through with your fingers and leave on for ten minutes. Rinse thoroughly and style as usual. Nº.8 has a weightless texture that fully absorbs into the hair, providing residual benefits that last multiple shampoos. When No.8 sinks into the hair, it gives body while adding voluminous shine. Use weekly for best results!

 For the most profound repair possible at home, use Nº.8 in conjunction with Nº.0 Intense Bond Building Hair Treatment + Nº.3 Hair Perfector once a week or as needed. Use No.8 weekly for healthy hair. Curly or color-treated hair that needs more moisture can apply 2-3 times per week. You cannot overuse any OLAPLEX products, so treat the hair as often as you or your stylist see fit.

Service Adjustments

We understand that from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 2 weeks of their visit (please keep in mind you will be placed on the cancellation wait list) .

It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist. If for some reason someone is not comfortable working with their original stylist, we will re-book them for an adjustment with another technician.

ONLINE STORE REFUND POLICY 

Hair care products, nail polishes, nail treatments and hair extensions

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all purchases of hair care products, Skincare products and hair tools are FINAL. No Refunds will be permitted.

Hair Tools

All purchases of electrical tools are FINAL. Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s warranty from 1 year of date of purchase. All subsequent warranty will have to be applied directly with the manufacturer.

To see the warranty applicable to your tools, go back on your product’s listing (the warranty will be displayed at the bottom of the description) or check the original packaging. Please note that warranties can only apply on refund requests for the same item, not an exchange for a different item.

 

RETURNS

Defective electrical appliances, under warranty

If you experience problems with an item within its warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Replacement authorization

We will contact you by email within 5 business days following your replacement request. Once your request has been authorized, you’ll be able to return it to the following address:

We recommend that your ship your item with the original box and that you use a traceable shipping method like Canada Post.

 

Please note that you will only be responsible for the shipping costs from your address to our salon. We will assume all other shipping and handling fees tied with your request.

 

Item replacement

We will contact you by email within 5 business days following the receipt of your package to confirm the validity of your request. We will then contact you to confirm the shipment of your replacement tool.

Please note that the return of a non-defective item will be denied and your tool will automatically be sent back you.

 

Products damaged during delivery

If your shipment was damaged in transit, you must ABSOLUTELY keep the original shipping box and follow these instructions for your request to be authorized:

 3. Return of damaged products

You MUST return damaged products within 10 days of receiving your second package.

 

Moda Salon reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or products that are not in the same condition as the one in which they were received. If applicable, the total amount of the products will be charged, in addition to a flat rate $9 shipping fee.

Wrong or incomplete order

If you receive a product that was not part of your final order or if you a product is missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Return of incorrect products
