You may be thinking this sounds like a home-grade version of the salon professionals only Stand Alone Treatment. The Stand Alone Treatment is the ultimate OLAPLEX experience; it intensively repairs hair and remains to be the most concentrated OLAPLEX experience. No.0 contains less of the active ingredient used in step one of the Stand-Alone Treatment. With salon time reduced and COVID-19 restrictions, clients can perform the No.0 treatment at home to reduce the time spent in the salon. In turn, this allows stylists to book more profitable services back to back without sacrificing the healthy and integrity of their client's hair. No.0 is your very own salon-like treatment at home to elevate the integrity of your hair!
So, who can use OLAPLEX No.0? No.0 is for everyone and works on all hair types and textures, just like the entire OLAPLEX line! Though all hairstyles benefit from his treatment, more intensely damaged hair will see the most dramatic results at first. The more often No.0 is used, the healthier the hair becomes. Results may not be as noticeable, but it is still working within the hair structure.
To use No.0, simply: Apply the No.0 to clean dry hair. Comb the product through to ensure saturation. Wait 10 minutes, then apply OLAPLEX No.3 Hair Perfector directly on top of No.0. Comb again to saturate thoroughly, then let the treatment sit for another ten minutes. This treatment is a minimum of 20 minutes, though, just like the No.3 on its own, more significant results occur when keeping it on longer! Once completed, rinse, shampoo, and condition. We recommend the OLAPLEX No. 4 Shampoo and OLAPLEX No.5 Conditioner.

We understand that from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 2 weeks of their visit (please keep in mind you will be placed on the cancellation wait list) .
It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist. If for some reason someone is not comfortable working with their original stylist, we will re-book them for an adjustment with another technician.

ONLINE STORE REFUND POLICY
Hair care products, nail polishes, nail treatments and hair extensions
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, all purchases of hair care products, Skincare products and hair tools are FINAL. No Refunds will be permitted.
All purchases of electrical tools are FINAL. Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s warranty from 1 year of date of purchase. All subsequent warranty will have to be applied directly with the manufacturer.
To see the warranty applicable to your tools, go back on your product’s listing (the warranty will be displayed at the bottom of the description) or check the original packaging. Please note that warranties can only apply on refund requests for the same item, not an exchange for a different item.
Defective electrical appliances, under warranty
If you experience problems with an item within its warranty period, please follow these steps:

We recommend that your ship your item with the original box and that you use a traceable shipping method like Canada Post.
Please note that you will only be responsible for the shipping costs from your address to our salon. We will assume all other shipping and handling fees tied with your request.
We will contact you by email within 5 business days following the receipt of your package to confirm the validity of your request. We will then contact you to confirm the shipment of your replacement tool.
Please note that the return of a non-defective item will be denied and your tool will automatically be sent back you.
Products damaged during delivery
If your shipment was damaged in transit, you must ABSOLUTELY keep the original shipping box and follow these instructions for your request to be authorized:

3. Return of damaged products
You MUST return damaged products within 10 days of receiving your second package.
Moda Salon reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or products that are not in the same condition as the one in which they were received. If applicable, the total amount of the products will be charged, in addition to a flat rate $9 shipping fee.
Wrong or incomplete order
If you receive a product that was not part of your final order or if you a product is missing, please follow these steps:
