Pricing
We are excited to launch our new service menu. Thoughtfully designed to better serve our guests, this updated menu aligns with our goals and creates space for new programs and enhanced service offerings at Moda Salon.

Please note that all pricing listed on our service menu is starting pricing. Your stylist will always confirm any pricing changes with you prior to continuing with your service.

Children’s Services
At this time, children’s services are not available for children under the age of 9.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours do not give us enough time to fill the appointment and impact both our team and guests waiting for availability.

Guests who miss an appointment without notice will no longer be able to pre-book and will be limited to same-day booking moving forward.

Service Adjustment Policy
We understand that occasionally a guest may need an adjustment following their appointment. We are pleased to offer service adjustments within 7 days of the original visit. Whenever possible, we recommend returning to your original stylist. If that does not feel like the best fit, we will gladly arrange for another technician to assist you.

Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and cash.

Retail Return Policy
In-store retail purchases may be returned within 7 days for a refund, provided the product is unopened. Unopened products returned within 30 days are eligible for store credit. Opened products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards
All gift cards and e-gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

Moda Treats Program
The Moda Treats Program was created to reward our guests for the loyalty and habits that make for the best salon experience. Points can be earned through a variety of actions, including spending on services and retail, booking appointments, rebooking before leaving, purchasing retail products, referring friends, leaving reviews, and participating in special promotions.

As a thank-you for joining, every client will receive a welcome gift upon registering for the program.

Points can be redeemed for curated rewards and exclusive perks such as complimentary add-on services, free products, and other special offers.

Moda Salon reserves the right to change, cancel, or alter the Moda Treats Program at any time without notice. Points and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Precision Colour
To ensure the most accurate formula recording and greater consistency in your results, we now measure colour by the gram. This allows our team to track your formula with precision and deliver consistent, customized results at every visit.
