Service Adjustments

We understand that from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 1 week of their visit (please keep in mind you will be placed on the cancellation waitlist) .

It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist. If for some reason someone is not comfortable working with their original stylist, we will re-book them for an adjustment with another technician.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Moda Salon! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

30-Day Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Electrical Items:
All purchases of electrical items are final. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Subsequent warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.

Warranty Information:
Refer to the back of your product, warranty pamphlet, original packaging, or the manufacturer's website for details on applicable warranties. Please note that warranties apply only to refund requests for the same item, not exchanges for different items.

Exchanges for Defective Items:
If you experience issues with an electrical item within its warranty period, please follow these steps:

  1. Replacement Request: Contact us at with your full name, purchase date, order number, item name, and defect information.

  2. Replacement Authorization: We will contact you within 5 business days to authorize your replacement. Once authorized, return the item to Moda Salon at the address provided below.

Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time frame, please contact your credit card company and bank before reaching out to us at

Final Sale Items:
Sale items on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at and return the item to the address provided above.
