Brooklyn Bombshell is applied to damp hair before blow-drying. The volumizing actives are thermally activated under the heat of the dryer, expanding and locking in lift at the root as the hair dries. The result is a blowout with noticeably more body and lift than blow-drying without it. Apply to towel-blotted hair, rough-dry to 80% with fingers, then finish with a round brush for the volume.
