What It Is

The Closer is applied to dry ends to coat and temporarily bond split and frayed ends together. It doesn’t repair splits permanently — nothing does except a cut — but it smooths them down, reduces the flyaway frizz they cause, and makes the ends look considerably more polished. Used regularly between trims, it extends the time before a cut feels urgent.
