I would recommend it when your colour still looks good overall, but the tone has started to feel dull, flat or less intentional, and you want a temporary tone boost with shine and softness.
It should not feel heavy when you use it where your hair actually needs it. If your hair is fine, start with less product and keep richer formulas away from the root unless the product is specifically for scalp or volume support.
Massage ALCHEMIC Copper Shampoo into the scalp first, not the ends. Let the lather do the work at the root, then rinse through the lengths. If your hair has buildup, oil or styling product in it, shampoo twice before judging the result.
Use the matching Alchemic Shampoo and Conditioner for the tone you are maintaining. If your hair is dry or colour-treated, alternate with MINU or OI so you are not only thinking about tone — you are still caring for the hair.
