  • Canada: Returns and exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • USA: Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card (never expires).

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Final Sale, opened liquids, electrical tools, and products returned due to allergies or sensitivities are not eligible.

Electrical Tools: While tools are final sale, we’ll support you under the manufacturer’s one-year warranty.

Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@modasalon.ca and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

Cross-Border Orders (USA): Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
