Most of our professionalâgrade products have a shelf life of 2â3 years unopened. After opening, look for the little âPAOâ icon (e.g., 12M means 12 months)âthat tells you how long to use them once opened.

- Canada: Orders over $100 ship free via Expedited Canada Post.
- USA: Orders over $100 ship free via Tracked Packet (orders over 5lbs will be shipped by UPS).
- For orders under $100, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99.

Return Policy

âł 14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, weâre unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Weâre unable to accept returns on gift cards or items marked final sale.
đ§Ÿ Proof of Purchase Required
Please hang onto your receipt or order confirmationâproof of purchase is required for all returns. Kindly note: returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.
đł Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weâll send you an email to confirm if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
⥠Electrical Items
All electrical items are final sale. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturerâs 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. After one year, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
đ Warranty + Defective Exchanges
If your electrical item has a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, weâll help get it sorted:
Email support@modasalon.ca with your name, order number, purchase date, item name, and details of the issue.
:If eligible, weâll authorize the return and send a prepaid return label via Canada Post.
: Once received and approved, weâll send you a replacement.
đŠ Return Shipping Fee
A flat $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid Canada Post return label will be emailed to you once your return is authorized. If youâre exchanging a defective item, this fee is waived.

For hygiene & safety, we cannot resell any opened, used, or damaged topical productsâso we only accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed items.
Price Adjustment Policy

If you purchased an item and it goes on sale within 7 days of your original order date, weâre happy to honour the price difference in the form of a Moda Salon store credit.

To request a price adjustment, simply email us at support@modasalon.ca with your order number and the item in question. Weâll take care of the rest!
