Izzy’s approach
Izzy started in the Moda warehouse back in 2020 and now looks after customer care for the online store and social media for the salon. If you've emailed about an order, she's who you're talking to. If a Moda video made you laugh, that was her too. Strong communicator, creative to the core, warm with everyone — she's the reason the online side of Moda feels as personal as the chair does. Fuelled by a caramel macchiato, and a blowout is her favourite thing to leave the salon with.
