When do my purchase points appear?
Purchase points are added 20 days after your order is paid. Once they land, you’ll see them in your rewards account.

Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without any activity on your account — a purchase or a redemption resets the clock. Once they expire, they can’t be restored, so a little shopping now and then keeps your balance safe.

Can I use Inner Circle rewards in the salon?
Inner Circle points and rewards are earned and redeemed on online orders at modasalon.ca. They can’t be applied to salon services or in-salon retail.
