All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase at Moda Salon.
United States Orders: Duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable. For U.S. returns, these charges—along with a flat $9.99 return shipping fee and a 15% charge for prepaid duties—will be deducted from the store credit issued. If a shipment is refused at customs, the same deductions will apply.
All electrical tools are final sale. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
