All U.S. orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid, so the price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at delivery!

Processing & Delivery

Delivery Concerns
- If your order arrives damaged or leaked, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
- If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the incorrect item was ordered.
- If Moda Salon shipped the wrong item, return shipping will be covered.
- Refunds are not available on used items; approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Complimentary Samples & Gifts
Every order includes complimentary samples whenever possible. We do our best to match the brand you purchased.
Gift with Purchase promotions are available in limited quantities and must be added to your cart at checkout.
- Only one gift per order will be included.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Moda Salon ships from Canada.
- All U.S. orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid — no additional charges upon delivery.
- If an order is refused due to customs fees, shipping costs and any associated charges will be deducted from the store credit issued once the order is returned.
