Moda Salon Return & Exchange Policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Moda Salon. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery for another product of equal or greater value.
Please read our Exchange Policy below before sending any products back to us.
Before returning any products, please make sure all of the following conditions have been met.
The product you wish to return:
- must have all disposable seals still attached and intact;
- must be returned complete with all parts, packaging, inserts, and accessories;Â
- must be sent in its original packaging
- must be shipped back to Moda Salon within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery;
- must be sent in one single shipment; products from the same order must be returned together;
- must be in the same condition you received it in; and
- must be approved by our team before being shipped back.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will exchange the value of the returned product for another product of equal or greater value.
We reserve the right to designate certain merchandise as non-returnable or final sale. Any such designation will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Moda Salon online purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your shipment.
To request an exchange, email support@modasalon.ca with your order number, the product you would like to exchange, and the reason for your exchange request.
Once your exchange is approved, Moda Salon will provide a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $9.99. This fee will be deducted from your exchange credit or collected before the return label is issued.
Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, sealed where applicable, and in their original packaging.
If a product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will exchange the item once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team. Photos may be required before an exchange is authorized.
We do not refund items, but we will gladly exchange eligible items for a product of equal value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired, returned without approval, missing original packaging, opened, used, damaged, or not in the same condition you received them in.
USA Orders
For orders shipped to the United States, Moda Salon reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on approved exchanges or returns. This fee helps offset the cost of duties, tariffs, customs processing, and cross-border return handling.
The 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the exchange credit or amount applied toward a replacement product.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
opened hair care, skin care, body care, or styling products;
products with broken seals or damaged packaging;
hair brushes, combs, clips, accessories, and tools that have been opened or handled;
gift cards;
final sale, warehouse sale, clearance, discontinued, or promotional items;
special orders; and
any product marked as final sale on the product page or at checkout.
Return Address
Approved exchanges must be sent back using the prepaid return label provided by Moda Salon.
A prepaid return label will be issued at a flat rate of $9.99 once your exchange request has been approved. Please do not send items back using your own shipping method unless our team has given written approval.

Returns or exchanges sent without approval, or sent without using the provided return label, may not be accepted.
