A few helpful details so your appointment feels clear, transparent, and properly booked.
Our service pricing includes a standard allotment of time and product for each appointment. If your service requires more time or product to achieve your goal, the difference will be added to your ticket — always communicated clearly and transparently.
We measure colour and lightener to the gram, and we also weigh waste. That means you're only charged for what's actually used to create your result — never more.
Every colour service must be booked with a finish. Please add Blowdry with Colour Service or select a service from our Cutting + Styling menu so we can reserve the correct timing and ensure you leave fully finished.
We have trained apprentices supporting select express colour services — Root Refresh, T-Zone Root Refresh, and Mini Highlight — to offer better value while maintaining the Moda standard of care and results.
If you need an adjustment, please call us within 7 days of your original appointment. We're happy to refine the service with the same stylist so everything stays consistent and you leave feeling completely confident.
