True Soft is Maria Nila's moisture range, built around cold-pressed argan oil. It is the line to reach for when hair feels coarse, frizzy or simply starved — a shampoo and conditioner to use every wash, a masque for the weekly reset, a three-minute booster masque for the weeks there is no time for a weekly reset, and a finishing oil for the ends that always look driest. All 100% vegan, all made in Sweden, all colour-safe.

Start with the shampoo and conditioner together — moisture ranges work as a pair, and using the conditioner over a clarifying shampoo undoes most of the benefit. Add the masque once a week if your hair is coarse or colour-treated. If your hair is fine and goes flat easily, this is not your range: look at Pure Volume instead.
