MultiVital™ is K18's proprietary multi-pathway system — the first of its kind designed for premature hair ageing. Most scalp serums target one biological mechanism. MultiVital™ activates three simultaneously: the root anchoring pathway (reducing shedding), the melanin synthesis pathway (delaying graying), and the follicle oxidative defence pathway (protecting scalp health). When will I see results from FutureIQ?
K18's 12-week clinical study shows a staged result: Month 1 (Renewal) — 100% of participants showed reduced hair fall. Is FutureIQ the right product if I have significant hair loss or mostly grey hair?
FutureIQ is specifically designed for early-stage, premature hair ageing — it works best for clients with less than 30% grey and minimal to moderate shedding. It intervenes at the earliest biological markers before changes become advanced. For clients with predominantly grey hair or significant hair loss, results will be more limited and a consultation with a dermatologist or trichologist is advisable alongside any topical treatment.
Will FutureIQ make my hair oily or affect my scalp sensitivity?
The clinical data specifically addresses this: 82% of participants agreed the product did not contribute to hair oiliness, and 95% agreed it did not increase scalp sensitivity. The formula is fragrance-free, absorbs completely, and leaves no greasy residue — clients consistently report it does not affect how their hair looks or feels the following day.

Yes — FutureIQ is a scalp treatment applied nightly and not rinsed out. It does not interact with your wash routine or styling products. The most natural complements are K18 Damage Shield Shampoo and Conditioner as the daily wash routine, and K18 Molecular Repair Hair Mask as a weekly in-shower treatment for shaft repair — while FutureIQ addresses the scalp and follicle. The two products work at different levels of the hair system and are designed to be used together.
