Squeeze or blot until damp — the K18PEPTIDE™ penetrates most effectively when the hair shaft is not flooded with water. Section through properly so no area is missed, especially the most damaged sections at the back.

Ask ModaHow is K18 different from other repair masks or Olaplex?
Olaplex works by building new crosslinks between broken disulfide bonds. K18PEPTIDE™ reconnects the original broken polypeptide chains at the inner structural level. They operate differently and can be used in the same routine — K18 does not conflict with Olaplex. Regular masks and conditioning treatments coat the outside of the hair; neither K18 nor Olaplex does that.
Do I rinse it out?
No. K18 is a leave-in treatment. After applying, you leave it in, wait a minimum of four minutes, and then style as normal. Rinsing removes it before it has had time to penetrate and work.
How often should I use it?
On severely damaged hair, use every wash for the first four weeks. Once the hair has recovered and the texture has stabilised, switch to once a week or as needed. K18 is a treatment, not a daily product.
Does it work on heat damage or just bleach damage?
K18PEPTIDE™ works on all types of damage that break polypeptide chains — bleach, colour, chemical services, and cumulative heat styling. The most dramatic results tend to be on bleach and lightener damage, but heat-damaged hair also responds.
Which size should I start with?
The 5 ml single-use is perfect for a first trial — one full head application for most hair lengths to see if the texture change is noticeable for your hair. The 15 ml covers three to four applications. The 50 ml is the everyday size for committed weekly or bi-weekly use.
