The concentrated hydration step of the HydraOne routine — a lightweight serum with sodium hyaluronate that binds water in the deeper layers of the skin for a softer, smoother, plumper and more elastic look. Layers under any moisturiser, or sits between the HydraOne Lotion and Gel Cream.
The Moda Team Review
This is the workhorse of the HydraOne routine. Where the Lotion preps and the Gel Cream seals, the Serum is where the real hydration is delivered — sodium hyaluronate and a humectant base draw water into the deeper layers and hold it there, so skin looks plumped and refreshed rather than just surface-soft. Patted onto slightly damp skin it absorbs almost immediately, with no weight and no stickiness.
It is also the most flexible piece of the line. Use it inside the full HydraOne routine for maximum effect, or drop it into your existing regimen as a hydration booster under whatever cream you already use. Over weeks, the payoff is skin that holds its moisture better and looks firmer and more supple — supported by prickly pear, wild pansy and vitamin E.
Why We Stock It
Evagarden is an Italian cosmetics house (made in Italy, formulated in Switzerland), and HydraOne is their dedicated hydration system. The Serum earns its place because it is genuinely universal — a clean, lightweight hyaluronic booster that works on almost any skin type and layers into almost any routine. Paraben-free, D5-free and dermatologically tested.
Key Active Ingredients
-
Sodium Hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid): binds water in the deeper layers of the skin for lasting hydration and a plumped, smoother look.
-
Triple Action HydraOne Complex: Evagarden's signature system to attract, hold and support moisture across the routine.
-
Prickly Pear (Opuntia Ficus-Indica) & Wild Pansy (Viola Tricolor): soothing, antioxidant-rich botanicals that calm and condition.
-
Vitamin E (Tocopherol) + Phospholipids: antioxidant protection and support for a supple, resilient surface.
Moda Pro Tip
Apply it to slightly damp skin — straight after the HydraOne Lotion is ideal — because hyaluronic acid works by binding available water, and a little surface moisture gives it something to hold onto. Then seal it with a moisturiser so the water it has drawn in does not evaporate back out. On very dry days, press on a second thin layer rather than one heavy one.
Not the Right Fit If...
This is a hydration serum, not an active treatment serum — if your priority is targeting wrinkles, pigmentation or breakouts with retinoids, acids or high-dose vitamin C, pair it with or choose a dedicated treatment instead. It contains fragrance and a small amount of alcohol denat., so patch test if your skin is highly reactive.
How To Use
- After HydraOne Lotion, pat a few drops onto slightly damp face, neck and décolleté.
- Press in gently with upward strokes; let it absorb.
- Seal with HydraOne Gel Cream or your usual moisturiser.
- Use morning and evening.
