A reparative weekly moisture mask that delivers intensive hydration, softness and shine while OLAPLEX bond-building technology works at the structural level underneath.
What It Is
Nº.8 is the OLAPLEX treatment mask — not a conditioner replacement, a dedicated weekly step for intensive moisture and repair. The formula feels rich and substantial on the hair but rinses clean without leaving a heavy or coated feeling. The result is softer, shinier, more manageable hair that holds its texture and smoothness noticeably better between washes.
Used weekly in place of conditioner or as an additional treatment step, Nº.8 is the product that addresses the moisture side of damaged hair health that the Nº.3 treatment and Nº.4 shampoo alone cannot fully deliver. Bond repair and moisture are not the same thing — structurally repaired hair can still be dehydrated. Nº.8 handles both simultaneously.
Why You’ll Love It
- Intensively hydrates and softens in one treatment step
- Improves shine and manageability visibly after first use
- OLAPLEX bond-building technology works simultaneously with the moisture actives
- Rinses clean without leaving a heavy or coated finish
How To Use
- Apply generously to clean, damp hair from mid-lengths to ends after shampooing.
- Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes. Longer is better for very dry hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Use weekly or as needed in place of your regular conditioner.
Moda Pro Tip
Apply before your bath or at the start of a long shower. The steam from the hot water works with the mask to drive moisture deeper into the hair. A shower cap over the top during processing intensifies the result further — especially on very dry or bleached hair.

Why Moda Carries This
OLAPLEX is carried at Moda because clients ask for it by name. Nº.8 is particularly recommended for clients whose hair is structurally improving from Nº.3 use but still feels dry and lacks the softness they were expecting — bond repair and moisture are different concerns and this addresses both.
