The Alyon Light Diffuser is the Alyon-specific attachment for curly, wavy, and voluminous blowouts. Because it is engineered for the Alyon's motor and airflow rather than being a universal fit, the bowl geometry and pin configuration are optimised for that dryer's output specifically.

Note: for Digitalyon owners, the compatible diffuser is the Magic Sense Diffuser With Adapter. The Alyon Light Diffuser is designed for the Alyon only.

Use on low speed and medium heat. Hover underneath sections and scrunch upward — do not press the diffuser against the scalp for extended periods as this builds frizz rather than volume. Finish with a cool shot to lock the curl. Apply curl cream or mousse before diffusing on soaking wet hair for maximum definition.

No — these are two different diffusers. The Alyon Light Diffuser is designed specifically for the Alyon and attaches directly without an adapter. The Magic Sense Diffuser With Adapter is compatible with both the Alyon and the Digitalyon via an included adapter. If you own only the Alyon, both work — the Light Diffuser is the Alyon-only option; the Magic Sense gives flexibility across both models.

For straight or wavy hair wanting root volume and a blowout with body rather than a smooth flat result, flip the hair forward over the diffuser bowl and use medium speed and heat at the roots, scrunching upward. The diffused airflow creates movement and volume rather than the directed flat result of a concentrator nozzle.
