Frizz-Me-Not is the weekly treatment step in the Forget Frizz system. Applied post-wash to damp hair and left in, it delivers concentrated frizz-fighting and hydrating actives that extend the smoothness from wash day further into the week. Less intensive than Smooth Over (which rinses out), more targeted than a standard leave-in — it sits between the two and is particularly useful for fine or medium frizzy hair that needs frizz control and moisture without the weight of a rinse-out mask.

Frizz-Me-Not is a leave-in applied and left in post-wash — lighter, no extra timing, fine hair-friendly. Smooth Over is a rinse-out treatment left for 5-10 minutes — more concentrated, better for thick or very frizzy hair. If you prefer not to have a treatment step in the shower, Frizz-Me-Not is simpler.
