- Pre-style: Apply a small amount to damp mid-lengths and ends before heat styling. Protects to 230°C.
- Finishing: Apply a tiny amount to dry ends post-style for polish and gloss.

Yes — the superfruit antioxidant complex provides a protective barrier against heat up to 230°C. Apply before heat styling for effective protection. As with all heat protectants, it protects against heat damage, not all structural damage from styling.
Can Superfruit Star Oil be used on fine hair?
Yes, with a very small amount — fine hair needs less than thick or medium hair. A pea-sized amount is usually enough. For very fine hair, The Wizard Detangling Primer is a lighter heat protection alternative.
Can I use Superfruit Star Oil every day?
Yes — daily use is fine. The lightweight formula doesn't build up significantly with daily application on mid-lengths and ends. Monthly Reset clarifying is still a good habit for any regular styling product user.
Should I use Superfruit Star Oil or Top Gloss for shine?
Yes — use both if you want maximum shine. Superfruit Star on damp hair before styling for pre-style antioxidant shine and heat protection. Top Gloss on dry styled hair for a finishing surface gloss. They work at different steps.
Is Superfruit Star Oil safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes — colour-safe. The antioxidant protection specifically benefits colour-treated hair by neutralising free radicals that accelerate colour fade during heat styling.
