Ask ModaIs the formula in the 1000 ml identical to the 250 ml?
Yes, identical — same Monoi Oil and Biomimetic Keratin concentrations. Pro size means more product, not a different formulation.
Should I add the pumps?
Yes. Thick hair can tempt over-application on a litre bottle. A pump controls the amount and prevents the residue buildup that weighs even thick hair down over time. A 50-cent-piece-sized amount of Smooth Again Wash is enough for most hair.
How long will the 1000 ml last?
Thick hair uses more product than fine hair. Most thick-haired clients with shoulder-length hair get 15 to 22 weeks from each 1000 ml bottle with daily use and controlled amounts. The Rinse typically lasts slightly longer since it is applied mid-lengths to ends.
Can I buy one bottle individually if it runs out first?
Yes — both are available individually at the 1000 ml size in the Moda shop. The Pro Duo bundles them at a saving. Top up whichever runs out without replacing the whole set.
When should I upgrade from the 250 ml duo to the Pro Duo?
Once you have confirmed the system works — typically after 5 to 7 weeks on the 250 ml. At that point the Biomimetic Keratin is building and the Monoi Oil smoothing is consistent. The Pro Duo keeps both running uninterrupted at the best value.
