The enzyme-encapsulated proteins work exactly as in the daily products: Hydrolyzed Pea Protein kept flexible by Bromelain and Papain enzymes that fit into damage sites in the fibre structure rather than coating the surface. Apply to wet hair after rinsing out any previous product, leave for a full five minutes under a warm towel, then rinse thoroughly. Do not rush the five minutes — this is the step where the warm towel opens the cuticle and the higher-concentration proteins have time to penetrate the cortex. The difference between a two-minute and a five-minute application of Re.Store is significant. On very damaged hair, a 10-minute application once a week is appropriate in the early weeks of the system.
