A phytoactive body oil with a rich botanical oil complex that hydrates, actively repairs the skin barrier, and leaves skin silky and luminous — absorbs quickly with no greasy finish, appropriate for sensitive skin and dual use on hair.
The Moda Team Review
Body oils split people into two camps: ones who love the glow and ones who find them too greasy to commit to. The AloeTherapy Body Oil is for both. 98% of users in testing said it absorbed quickly and left skin feeling silky rather than oily — that is the formulation doing something different from a standard mineral oil base. The phytoactive formula is designed to actively penetrate and work on the skin barrier rather than just coat the surface, which is why it absorbs instead of sitting.
It sits at step 3 in the AloeTherapy Body Care Ritual: applied after the Body Serum, before the Body Butter, its job is to lock in the Serum's actives and deliver a concentrated dose of botanical oils that nourish and repair the skin barrier. Applied to damp skin it absorbs particularly well — the moisture on the skin surface helps the oil spread evenly and penetrate rather than pool. It can also be applied to hair before shampooing as a pre-wash treatment, or added to a bath for an indulgent soak.
Why Moda Carries This
Eufora is a family-owned, salon-first brand — Daniella on our team is a certified Eufora trainer. The Body Oil is the step that most body care routines are missing between a serum and a moisturiser. It seals what the serum deposits and nourishes the skin barrier in a way a water-based moisturiser cannot.
Key Active Ingredients
-
Phytoactive botanical oil complex: A rich blend of plant-based oils that actively nourishes and repairs the skin barrier rather than simply coating the surface.
-
Vitamins and antioxidants: Protective botanical actives that support skin health and defend against environmental stressors.
-
USDA Organic Aloe Vera base: Consistent with the full AloeTherapy range — soothing, hydrating, non-comedogenic.
Moda Pro Tip
Apply to damp skin — the moisture on the surface helps the oil absorb evenly rather than concentrating in spots. A few drops go further than expected. For hair use: apply to dry hair before shampooing, work through from mid-lengths to ends, leave five to ten minutes, then shampoo as normal. It works as a pre-wash treatment for dry or damaged hair.
Not the Right Fit If...
Not ideal as a standalone daily moisturiser for very dry skin — pair it with the Body Butter for the moisture-sealing finish. As a standalone, it is best for normal to dry skin wanting luminosity and nourishment without a heavy cream. For very dry or damaged skin, the Body Butter adds ceramides and Niacinamide that the Body Oil does not carry.
How To Use
- Apply to clean, damp skin after showering (most effective on damp skin).
- Can be added to a bath or blended into body lotion.
- Hair use: apply to dry hair before shampooing as a pre-wash treatment.
- Recommended as step 3 in the AloeTherapy Body Care Ritual.
