The Volume Mousse is the choice when a client wants all-over fullness through the full length, not just targeted root lift. Applied through damp hair from roots to ends before blow-drying, the formula builds body throughout rather than concentrating at the scalp — which is what On The Rise does. The two products are complementary rather than competing: On The Rise for clients whose main concern is flat roots, Volume Mousse for clients whose hair is generally fine and flat from root to tip. Xylose provides heat protection through the dryer so the mousse doubles as a styling and protection step. The colour-safe formula is safe for all colour-treated hair.

Moda Pro Tip
The correct amount is about a golf-ball size. Too little and the polymers don't have full coverage through the lengths; too much and the formula gets heavy on fine hair. Distribute by scrunching through from roots to ends before touching the blow-dryer — then rough-dry before finishing with a brush for shape.
