How to Use

1. Prep: Remove the aluminum lid, place the can in a wax heater, and warm to 70–80°C (just beyond honey-like consistency).

2. Cleanse: Prep skin with Rica Cotton Milk Pre-Wax Gel.

3. Apply: Spread a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth.

4. Strip: Press a RICA TNT strip firmly on top and remove quickly in the opposite direction, parallel to the skin.

5. Aftercare: Use Rica Post Epil Lotion or Emulsion to soothe skin and remove any residue.

Return Policy

⏳ 14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on gift cards or items marked final sale.

🧾 Proof of Purchase Required

Please hang onto your receipt or order confirmation—proof of purchase is required for all returns. Kindly note: returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

⚡ Electrical Items

All electrical items are final sale. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. After one year, warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.

🛠 Warranty + Defective Exchanges

If your electrical item has a manufacturer defect within the warranty period, we’ll help get it sorted:

: Email support@modasalon.ca with your name, order number, purchase date, item name, and details of the issue.

: If eligible, we’ll authorize the return and send a prepaid return label via Canada Post.

: Once received and approved, we’ll send you a replacement.

📦 Return Shipping Fee

A flat $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid Canada Post return label will be emailed to you once your return is authorized. If you’re exchanging a defective item, this fee is waived.
