Ask ModaMy hair is dry but also damaged at the ends. Is HYDRATE-ME right for me?
Depends on the damage level. If ends feel rough but still stretch a little before snapping, HYDRATE-ME will help. If they snap immediately, feel gummy when wet, or break during combing, that is structural damage — start with Repair Me Duo first. You can layer in Hydrate Me Wash later once the bonds are stronger.
Should I get this duo or go straight to the 1000 ml Pro Duo?
Start with the 250 ml duo if you have not used HYDRATE-ME before — it gives you 6 to 8 weeks to confirm the system works for your hair. If you already know it works, the Pro Duo gives significantly better value per wash.
Do I need the Masque as well or is the duo enough?
The duo is a complete daily routine. Add the Masque if your hair still feels dry mid-week despite daily use — it goes deeper and changes what happens in the days between washes in a way the Rinse alone cannot replicate.
Can I use this duo after a keratin treatment?
Yes — both are sulphate-free and safe post-keratin. Sulphate-free shampoo is actually recommended after keratin treatments to extend results. The HYDRATE-ME moisture-retention mechanism also complements the frizz-reduction benefits of a keratin service.
How long will the 250 ml duo last with daily use?
Most clients with shoulder-length hair get 6 to 8 weeks from each 250 ml bottle with daily use. The Rinse typically lasts slightly longer since it is applied mid-lengths to ends only, not through the scalp.
