Ask ModaIs the Triple Bond Complex the same as Olaplex?
They’re different. Olaplex targets disulphide bonds specifically. Living Proof’s Triple Bond Complex targets all three bond types (disulphide, ionic, and hydrogen) simultaneously.
Do I use it before or after shampooing?
Before — apply to dry hair, leave five minutes, then shampoo and continue your normal routine.
How often should I use it?
Once or twice a week for hair that’s actively breaking or has recent chemical damage. Weekly maintenance once the hair stabilises.
Is it suitable for healthy hair?
It works on healthy hair as a protective pre-treatment, but the primary benefit is repair for damaged hair.
