Ask ModaDoes it really leave no white cast on dark hair?
Yes — that's exactly what the Invisidry is designed for. Unlike many dry shampoos that leave a chalky white residue (a common frustration for anyone with dark, brunette, or black hair), the Invisidry Shampoo is formulated to leave no trace of product in the hair. It absorbs the oil and disappears, so your roots look freshly washed rather than dusted with powder. For the most invisible result on very dark hair, spray it onto your fingertips first and work it through the roots, then brush through.
How is it different from the original Dry Shampoo?
The Invisidry uses rice starch and is designed to be light and invisible — a 1/5 hold with just a light volume effect, and no residue. The original Dry Shampoo uses potato starch, which gives a stronger hold and much more volume and texture (and can leave a light cast on very dark hair). So choose the Invisidry if your priority is an invisible, clean refresh — especially on dark hair — and the original Dry Shampoo if you want strong volume and texture, especially on fine hair.
Can I use it on freshly washed hair?
Yes — as well as reviving greasy roots, you can apply the Invisidry to newly washed, dry hair to make that freshly washed feeling last longer. A light spray at the roots on wash day helps absorb oil as it starts to build over the following days, extending the time before you next need to wash. Because it's invisible and lightweight, it's easy to use this way without any product look.
Is it safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes — it's colour-safe and contains the Colour Guard Complex, which protects colour from fading caused by UV and free radicals. It refreshes colour-treated hair between washes (and washing less often is itself good for preserving colour, since every wash fades it slightly). It's 100% vegan too.
