The client who blow-dries their thick hair perfectly smooth each morning and returns to the salon with hair that has frizzed completely by the afternoon. Their blow-dry technique is fine. Their product is coating, not treating. We switch them from their serum to Smooth Again applied to towel-dried hair before blow-drying. They come back three weeks later saying the frizz does not return until the following morning now, instead of by lunchtime. It does not replace a heat protectant — layer Heated Defense over it if using hot tools.
My frizz comes back within hours of blow-drying. Will Smooth Again make it last longer?
