Ruck is the firmest, most matte product in the Lock Stock & Barrel range. Where the 85 Karats Clay gives firm hold with a natural finish, the Ruck Matte Putty adds more grip and strips out any remaining surface shine for a completely dry, lived-in texture. It is the product for styles that need to stay in place all day, look intentionally undone, and give no impression that anything was applied.

Particularly suited to very short styles, crops and textured cuts where the putty can be applied in a small amount and worked through quickly for instant, lasting shape. On medium to longer hair, warm between the palms until the putty is very pliable before applying, as the formula is firm enough to pull on dry lengths if applied cold.

How To Use

  1. Warm a small amount between palms until fully emulsified. Apply to dry hair.
  2. Work through, define and shape. Sets firm — restyle is possible while product is still warm from body heat.
