30-Day Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Electrical Items:
All purchases of electrical items are final. However, Moda Salon will honor the manufacturer’s warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Subsequent warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.

Warranty Information:

Exchanges for Defective Items:
If you experience issues with an electrical item within its warranty period, please follow these steps:

Replacement Request: Contact us at support@modasalon.ca with your full name, purchase date, order number, item name, and defect information.
Replacement Authorization: We will contact you within 5 business days to authorize your replacement. Once authorized, return the item to Moda Salon at the address provided below.
