It targets the hair's internal bond structure using the Biacidic Bond Complex, actively rebuilding broken disulfide bonds caused by oxidative damage from bleaching and colour. A standard mask conditions the surface; the Hair Building Pak rebuilds from within.
How often should I use the Davines NOURISHING Hair Building Pak?
Davines recommends every 2–3 shampoos, or more frequently for heavily damaged hair. It's a treatment step used between regular washes — not a replacement for a daily conditioner.
Does the Davines NOURISHING Hair Building Pak replace the conditioner?
No. The Hair Building Pak is a structural treatment and is always followed by the NOURISHING Vegetarian Miracle Conditioner (fine or fragile hair) or Vegetarian Miracle Mask (thick or unruly hair). These condition and finish the hair after the Pak has done its repair work.
Is the Davines Naturaltech NOURISHING Hair Building Pak suitable for bleached or highlighted hair?
Yes — it's specifically designed for hair compromised by oxidative processes like bleaching and colouring. The Biacidic Bond Complex directly targets the bond damage these services cause.
Is there a Vitamin A warning on the Davines NOURISHING Hair Building Pak?
Yes. The formula contains Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A). Davines advises considering your total daily Vitamin A intake before use, in line with standard cosmetic labelling guidelines. Also contains eucalyptus oil — keep out of reach of children.
