How to use

- Emulsify a small amount in palms with water before applying.
- Massage through scalp and lengths, rinse well.

- Follow with Perfect Moisture Conditioner.

Ask ModaIs Perfect Moisture Shampoo only for people with a Cezanne treatment?
No — it works for any dry, frizzy or colour-treated hair. Cezanne infuses keratin into every formula so non-treatment clients get strengthening and smoothing benefits too. The treatment-safe positioning means it is free of the ingredients that damage chemically treated hair — which is a benefit for colour and bleach clients regardless of whether they have been smoothed.
Why does Perfect Moisture Shampoo not lather as much as my regular shampoo?
Yes — this is normal for sulfate-free formulas. The cleansing actives do not produce the same foam as sodium lauryl sulfate. The solution is water, not more shampoo — fully saturate the hair and emulsify a small amount in your palms with a splash of water before applying. The clean result is the same.
Can I use Perfect Moisture Shampoo with a non-Cezanne conditioner?
Yes — though for best smoothing treatment longevity, Cezanne recommends the matching conditioner. If you use a different conditioner, avoid anything containing sulfates, sodium chloride or parabens as these shorten the life of a smoothing treatment.
How often should I use Perfect Moisture Shampoo?
Yes — it is designed for daily use. Cezanne describes it as a gentle daily cleanser suitable for every wash. If you have an active smoothing treatment, this is the shampoo that gives the treatment its best chance at lasting the full expected time.
What size should I choose — 350ml or 1000ml?
Yes — start with the 350ml to confirm the formula works for your hair. The 1000ml is better value for committed daily use and lasts most clients 3 to 4 months. If you wash frequently or have longer hair, the litre is worth it from the second purchase onward.
