I would recommend it when your colour still looks good overall, but the tone has started to feel dull, flat or less intentional, and you want a temporary tone boost with shine and softness.
It should not feel heavy when you use it where your hair actually needs it. If your hair is fine, start with less product and keep richer formulas away from the root unless the product is specifically for scalp or volume support.
Apply ALCHEMIC Copper Conditioner from the mid-lengths to ends after shampooing. Comb it through with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, then rinse well so the hair feels soft and supported, not coated.
