The Moisturizing system (this set) is designed for normal to dry hair — gentle, colour-safe daily hydration that restores softness and shine without heaviness. The Repairing system is formulated for dry, damaged, or fragile hair that has been chemically processed or structurally weakened — it delivers more intensive repair and strength alongside the Opuntia Oil. If the hair feels soft and manageable after washing with the right product but lacks moisture and vibrancy, Moisturizing is the correct system. If the hair feels rough, brittle, or breaks and sheds during brushing, the Repairing system is a better fit.

Opuntia Oil is prickly pear (Opuntia Ficus Indica) oil — Rica's founding hero ingredient sourced from Sicilian agriculture. It is exceptionally rich in Linoleic Acid, a fatty acid that replenishes the hair's natural lipid layer, and Vitamin E, which provides antioxidant protection. Its molecular structure is lightweight enough to penetrate the hair shaft rather than sitting on the surface as a coating, which is why it delivers genuine softness and moisture rather than temporary slip.
