Apply to the scalp first and massage in before distributing through mid-lengths and ends. The scalp application is the primary benefit — a 60-second fingertip massage into the scalp during processing time is how the Caffeine and Peppermint deliver their stimulating action most effectively.
It's a good fit for fine or thinning-looking hair because Caffeine specifically counteracts the follicle-inhibiting factors that contribute to thinning.
