Do I need this if I already use the Restore Conditioner?
Yes, if you heat style. The conditioner rinses out — the leave-in continues the repair and adds heat protection that doesn't wash off.
When do I apply it?
To towel-dried hair, mid-lengths to ends, before any heat tool. Comb through before blow-drying.
Does it work on healthy hair too?
It works, but it’s heavier than what healthy hair needs. For healthy hair, the PhD Heat Styling Spray is a lighter fit.
