Yes — use it about once a week in place of your conditioner for a deep-moisture boost. On other wash days, use the True Soft Conditioner. For very dry or coarse hair, you can use it more often. Regular use keeps naturally dry hair soft, hydrated, and healthy over time.
Is this the same as the Structure Repair Masque?
No — they target different needs. The True Soft Masque is a deep-moisture treatment for naturally dry hair, built around Argan Oil. The Structure Repair Masque is a repair treatment for damaged and chemically treated hair, built around repairing algae extract. Choose True Soft if your hair is dry but healthy; choose Structure Repair if it's dry because it's damaged. Both are 100% vegan and colour-safe.
How does argan oil help dry hair?
Yes — Argan Oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids with a softening, conditioning effect. It preserves moisture in the hair, adds strength and radiance, and reduces frizz and static. In the Masque it's at treatment strength, so dry hair gets a deeper dose of moisture and softness than a conditioner provides.
Is it safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes — it's colour-safe, with a Colour Guard Complex protecting colour from washing, styling, and UV. Colour-treated hair is often dry, so the weekly treatment maintains both moisture and colour vibrancy.
