We would recommend it when your curls either puff up, fall flat or feel crunchy depending on what you use, and you want better shape, softer definition and more controlled movement.
It depends on how and where you use it. Start small, keep richer products away from the root if your hair is fine, and focus Easy Rider where your hair actually needs support.
Apply Easy Rider through damp hair in sections so every curl gets a fair shot. Scrunch it in, then air-dry for softness or diffuse if you want more shape and lift. Start with less than you think — curls usually want even application more than a heavy-handed amount.
