Yes — Maria Nila has four hairsprays at different hold levels. The Styling Spray is the lightest at 2/5 hold, designed to be used during styling for shine, frizz control, and light, brushable hold. The Finishing Spray (4/5) and Extreme Spray (5/5) are for finishing — locking a style in place at the end, with progressively stronger, longer-lasting hold. The Volume Spray is a pre-styling spray for root lift. Use the Styling Spray as your everyday working spray, and finish with a stronger one when you need lasting hold.
Can I brush it out and restyle?
Yes — that's one of its key features. The Styling Spray is easy to brush out, so if you need to correct or change your style mid-way, you can. This makes it forgiving and flexible to work with during styling, unlike a strong finishing spray that sets hard. You can also apply it in multiple layers as you build a look, and it still stays workable.
Does it help with frizz and shine?
Yes — alongside light hold, the Styling Spray reduces frizz and adds shine, so it does more than just hold. This makes it a nice all-rounder for smoothing and polishing a blow-dry while keeping the hair flexible. It also contains the Colour Guard Complex to protect colour-treated hair from UV and free radical fade.
