This is the pairing for hair that looks dull and feels dry but is not damaged enough to need a repair system — the client who says her hair just "doesn't shine anymore." Shine is a function of a smooth, well-lubricated cuticle. When the cuticle is dry and rough, light scatters instead of reflecting, and no amount of shine spray fixes a surface that is fundamentally thirsty.
That is why these two work as a system. Soulfood does the deep work once a week: it delivers lipids and conditioning agents into the fibre and smooths the cuticle from the inside. Not the Right Fit If...
