No — Head & Hair Heal is soothing cosmetic care, not a medicated treatment. It calms itchiness, dryness, and flaking and removes common irritants like fragrance, which genuinely helps sensitive and reactive scalps feel better. But a diagnosed condition such as psoriasis or seborrhoeic dermatitis needs a dermatologist and often a medicated product. Use this for comfort and gentleness, alongside medical advice where needed.
What makes it gentle enough for a sensitive scalp?

My scalp is oily and itchy at the same time — is this still right?

For oily, itchy scalps, keep conditioner to the ends only, and refresh between washes with the Soothing Dry Shampoo, which absorbs oil and cools the scalp without irritation. Together they manage both the oil and the sensitivity.
Does it need pumps, and are they included?
No — pumps aren't included with this duo as standard. The litre bottles have a standard flip cap. If you'd like Maria Nila litre pumps to make dispensing easier at the sink, add them separately — one fits each bottle. Many clients prefer a pump on a 1000ml bottle for daily use.
