Power Hour is for curly and wavy hair on non-wash days. Curls defined on day 1 often deflate, flatten, or lose their shape by day 2 — Power Hour revives them without washing and re-applying all your styling products from scratch. Mist it over hair, scrunch, and curls reactivate and tighten back toward their original shape.

It re-wets the curl slightly to reactivate the product already in the hair — that’s how it works. A light mist and scrunch is all that’s needed. Over-saturating can make it feel wet. Mist, scrunch, and let it air dry or diffuse briefly.
Yes — it works with any curl product. The spray reactivates whatever hold product is in the hair from wash day. If there’s no product in the hair, it will provide some hydration and light curl reactivation on its own.
Both, but focus where the curl has lost the most shape. Often the roots need the most reactivation as they go flat first. Spray upside-down at the roots for direct contact, then mist the lengths.
Most people get 1-3 days of refreshing from Power Hour between washes. The limiting factor is usually root oiliness rather than the spray. Adding Perk Up Dry Shampoo at the roots can extend this further.
