The Hand Oil is the intensive treatment step — use 2–3 drops from the dropper directly on the cuticles and nail bed, massage in, and leave. For the hair leave-ins: This Is A Primer first on towel-dried damp hair, then OI All In One Milk through mid-lengths and ends. On non-blow-dry days: Milk only. LOVE SMOOTHING Mask replaces the Conditioner when frizz is the priority.
