Ask ModaHow often should I use the Detox Shampoo?
It depends on how quickly buildup accumulates. Heavy product users or those in hard water areas may benefit from weekly use. For most clients, every two to four weeks is enough for a meaningful reset.
Will it strip my colour?
Used occasionally it is colour-safe, but it is a more active cleanser than the Damage Shield Shampoo. Use it on a wash where colour freshness is not a concern — not immediately after a colour service.
Should I use K18 mask after the Detox Shampoo?
Yes — always. The Detox Shampoo clears the path; applying K18 mask immediately after while the hair is freshly cleared gives the deepest penetration and the strongest repair result of the entire routine.
Will it dry out my hair?
It is a detox shampoo, so follow the instructions and do not overuse it. It is designed to clarify without leaving hair over-stripped or easily tangled.
Is this good for hard water buildup?
Yes. K18 specifically positions it for buildup and metals common in tap and hard water, including copper.
