A weekly deep-cleansing shampoo that removes product buildup, excess oil and hard water mineral deposits while delivering OLAPLEX bond-care — without leaving hair feeling stripped.
What It Is
Nº.4C is the periodic reset in the OLAPLEX shampoo range — a clarifying formula used weekly or as needed when buildup is preventing the regular system from working properly. Hard water minerals, dry shampoo residue, styling product and oil accumulation all dull the hair and prevent Nº.3 and Nº.4 from performing at their best. Nº.4C clears the surface so the system can work unobstructed.
Unlike clarifying shampoos that just strip, Nº.4C includes OLAPLEX Bond Building Technology so the deep cleanse does not come at the cost of the structural work already done. The result is a clean that feels genuinely thorough without the brittle, squeaky aftermath that most clarifying formulas leave on damaged or processed hair.
Why You’ll Love It
- Removes buildup, excess oil and hard water mineral deposits
- Deep cleanses without stripping the bonds OLAPLEX has been building
- Improves colour vibrancy, shine and softness after regular use
- Keeps the rest of the OLAPLEX system performing optimally
How To Use
- Use weekly or as needed in place of Nº.4 Shampoo.
- Massage into wet hair, build lather, leave on for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly and follow with Nº.5 Conditioner.
- Return to Nº.4 for regular washes.
Moda Pro Tip
For clients in hard water areas — which includes most of Ontario — Nº.4C weekly makes a visible difference to colour longevity and product performance. Mineral deposits are invisible and accumulate without the client noticing until the colour starts looking flat or the Nº.3 treatment stops feeling as effective. Regular Nº.4C use keeps the slate clean.
Key Ingredients + Technology
OLAPLEX Bond Building Technology plus a broad-spectrum clarifying system designed to remove surface impurities while supporting healthier-looking hair.
Why Moda Carries This
OLAPLEX is carried at Moda because clients ask for it by name. Nº.4C is particularly relevant for clients in hard water areas who notice their colour going dull faster than expected — mineral deposit removal is a meaningful upgrade to any OLAPLEX routine.
