What It Is

Reset Clarifying Gel Shampoo is the deep scalp cleanse for when regular shampoo isn’t enough. Built-up dry shampoo, styling products, and natural sebum accumulate on the scalp over time, creating a coating that suffocates follicles, dulls hair, and makes it harder for your regular shampoo to clean effectively. Reset removes all of it in one session.

Use monthly or whenever the scalp feels coated, itchy, or hair feels heavy and dull despite regular washing. Sulphate-free but with stronger clarifying actives than a standard shampoo.

  • Clarifying Complex: Stronger clarifying agents than standard shampoo that break down and remove accumulated product buildup and excess sebum from the scalp.

How To Use

  1. Apply to wet scalp and massage thoroughly.
  2. Leave 2–3 minutes. Rinse.
  3. Follow with a conditioner or mask on the lengths after rinsing.

Once a month for most hair types. More frequently (every 2-3 weeks) if you use dry shampoo or styling products heavily. Less frequently for colour-treated hair — clarifying can accelerate colour fade if overused.
Yes, with caution. It’s formulated to be colour-safe, but clarifying shampoos are stronger than regular shampoos and can accelerate fade on freshly coloured hair. Wait at least 2 weeks after a colour service before clarifying, and don’t use more than once a month on colour-treated hair.
Yes — clarifying removes more oil and moisture than a standard shampoo. Follow with the Reset Cooling Gel Conditioner (scalp-safe) or your regular conditioner on mid-lengths and ends to restore moisture to the lengths.
Not recommended for most hair types. Over-clarifying strips the scalp’s natural moisture balance and can cause dryness and irritation. Monthly is the recommended frequency. Weekly use is only appropriate for very oily scalp types, and even then should be with a gentler formula.
Regular shampoo is formulated to clean the scalp without removing too much oil — it’s designed for daily or frequent use. Reset is formulated to remove accumulated buildup that regular shampoo can’t fully dissolve. More powerful, less frequent.
